From a small kitchen in Nairobi to five locations across the city — MasterChef has been redefining taste since 2015.
MasterChef began in 2015 as a humble roadside eatery in Westlands, founded by Chef Amani Odhiambo with a simple vision: bring the rich, bold flavours of Kenyan cuisine to every table without compromising on quality.
What started as a 10-seat spot serving nyama choma and pilau quickly became one of Nairobi's most talked-about dining destinations. Word spread — not through advertising, but through the unforgettable taste of our food.
Today, MasterChef operates five branches across Nairobi, serving thousands of customers daily. But our mission remains the same: authentic Kenyan food, made fresh, served with warmth.

Redefining Taste in Nairobi
Every plate that leaves our kitchen carries these values.
Every dish is prepared with traditional Kenyan recipes passed down through generations, using locally sourced spices and ingredients.
Our chefs pour passion into every plate — from the perfect nyama choma char to the softest chapati, crafted fresh daily.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service across every branch in Nairobi.
MasterChef is more than a restaurant — we support local farmers, employ Kenyan talent, and bring communities together over great food.
